How to make an export declaration form

Time:2022-12-16 Views:878
Export customs declaration often requires a set of customs declaration materials (customs declaration form, packing list, invoice, contract), but it is often necessary to be careful when filling in the customs declaration form, for fear of making mistakes and failing to refund taxes.
Step 1: fill in the domestic shipper, that is, the title of the company‘s import and export rights, and write the corporate social credit code (18 digits), which can also be understood as the title for export tax rebate;
Step 2: fill in the name of the overseas consignee. The company name of the actual overseas consignee is OK. Some will fill in the name of the actual overseas buyer‘s company in order to correspond to the tax refund system and the tripartite trade. Here, ask the tax bureau how to get the tax refund. Some tax bureaus are cards, and some tax bureaus don‘t care, just fill in the actual overseas consignee;
Step 3: The production and sales unit is generally the same as the domestic consignee and shipper. If the domestic consignee is only the title of the tax refund company, the production and sales unit here is the actual owner of the goods;
Step 4: The contract agreement number is generally subject to the contract number;
Step 5: For the packaging type, fill in the carton as usual if it is a carton, and other packaging if it is a card board, and list whether it is solid wood or non solid wood. The IPPC logo is required for solid wood export card boards;
Step 6: The mode of supervision here is generally general trade. There are also other free imports and exports, which can be reported without collection of foreign exchange. There are also those that declare processing of imported materials. The common drawback is general trade.
Step 7: Where the money is remitted from the trading country to the mainland is the trading country;
Step 8: The country to which the goods are actually delivered;
Step 9: The port of destination can be either the port of destination or the country of destination. If it is the actual port of destination to go abroad and then transfer to another country, the actual port of destination can be seen in the draft bill of lading.
Step 10: Transaction method. Most of them are FOB or CIF terms, depending on which one they are;
Step 11 and Step 12: the number of pieces, net weight and gross weight shall be filled in according to the packing list;
Step 13: The total value of goods is based on the invoice;
Step 14: Chinese product name. For tax refund, please be sure to ask which product name is used for financial invoicing, so as to facilitate the corresponding, so as not to make tax refund impossible.
Step 15: Fill in the declaration elements according to the customs code in step 16. You can see which declaration elements the corresponding customs code needs to provide.
Step 17: Fill in the legal entity corresponding to the customs code. Of course, if the invoice is not issued by this entity, it can also be listed, and customs declaration can also be reported, but the legal entity must be reported;
Step 18: Weight Fill in ten net weights of goods here;
Agent import and export customs declaration: agent export tax rebate; Market procurement (1039) customs declaration; And the declaration of cross-border e-commerce goods such as 961097109810.
Step 19: Fill in the unit price and total price as usual;
Step 20: The export of the country of origin is generally China;
Step 21: The destination country within the territory shall be written as usual according to the country of arrival;
Step 22: The source of goods in China is generally filled in according to the city where the goods are produced, such as Shenzhen Special Zone.
If you encounter other problems, you can discuss them together. These are just the basic customs declaration practices that can be basically introduced.
