How to import foreign goods and what are the import methods

If you want to import goods from abroad, you need to go through various customs checkpoints and prepare various procedures. Never make mainland delivery without determining the procedures and methods for safe import.

Three modes of foreign import:

1、 Direct shipping, rail transportation, air transportation or express delivery to China, if the materials are complete, customs clearance can be smooth, but if the materials are not complete, most of the time it will not be smooth, and there will be risks of customs withholding, return and confiscation, causing great trouble and loss!

2、 Choose an import and export trading company as an agent. This method is safe and reliable, but the relative cost is relatively high and the time is normal. It is not cost-effective for individuals with insufficient resources! (High cost)

3、 Select Hong Kong/Cambodia or neighboring countries to transit customs clearance for import: take Hong Kong transit express to customs clearance and tax declaration for import! It is suitable for personal import (of course, it is also suitable for companies and wholesalers near Hong Kong who want to save costs). Cambodia or neighboring countries are suitable for bulk goods, and the materials have not been prepared completely. However, no matter what method is used, it is recommended to consult the freight forwarder first and give professional advice before operation.

Operation process of importing from abroad to China:

1 Overseas delivery → Shenzhen/Shanghai/Ningbo/Qingdao/Huangpu, etc. → receiving/delivering.

2 Overseas shipment → Hong Kong/Cambodia/receiving country transit → Shenzhen/Shanghai/Ningbo/Qingdao/Whampoa, etc. → receipt/delivery.
